Moderno

Designed to emulate the architectural splendour of the seaside estates of Cape Cod, this masterpiece of engineering and construction sits right on the waterfront just north of Busselton's Port Geographe Marina.

Gran Lusso

Winner of the 2016 Master Builders Association Top WA Home, 2016 MBA Country Home of the Year and seven other awards for construction excellence, this beautiful home was designed and constructed by Adrian Zorzi, and sits elegantly on the banks of a large dam on acreage.

Illuminare

A new landmark to WA's South West wine region, Flametree is at first glance reminiscent of the chic and timeless Hamptons style architecture.

Lucido

Adrian Zorzi were engaged by a family seeking to build a luxury two storey home on the beach front in Dunsborough. The design brief was for a modern, comfortable beach house, something to stand out from the crowd.

Raffinato

This spectacular home perched on the hill at Yallingup is completely circular and designed on plan to look like the trochus shell. This design coupled with the fact that the home sits into the side of the hill on a sloping block made it a challenging build to say the least.

Classico

Sweeping the board at the 2010 Master Builders South West Building Excellence Awards, this home rewarded Adrian Zorzi’s outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail by winning an unprecedented nine awards.

Natura

Featuring a combination of rammed limestone, polished coloured concrete and cedar clad timber framing, this home is nestled amongst the rolling hills of a picturesque Margaret River rural setting.

Panorama

A modern take on the humble 1970's beach house, this home is a blend of design prowess and master craftsmanship. Cleverly designed, the Panorama lives up to it's name by maximising the view from all angles.

Tenuta

The relaxed sense of connection to the rural surrounds is achieved by completely opening the home onto the land, removing fencing and barriers between the native bushland and personal living spaces.

Casa Riva

When the decision was made to update this Siesta Park holiday home the owner, who was a builder himself, wasn’t going to settle for anyone but the best. The existing home was 10 years old and had previously won an award for South West Builder of the Year, but it was beginning to date and wasn’t providing the space and style the owners required at this stage in their lives.

Overton Terraces

Positioned on the top of the hill in Cottesloe with views to Rottnest and backing onto the green lawns of the Cottesloe Civic Centre, Overton Terraces has strong linear expressions and a warm coastal feel.
